On Sunday, 11 September 2016, early parliamentary elections we held in Croatian, follwing a no-confidence vote of the government.

In the elections for the ninth session of the Croatian Parliament voters elected 151 members of the Croatian Parliament: 140 from ten constituencies in the Republic of Croatian, 3 representatives of the diaspora and 8 representatives of national minorities.

Head of the Croatian EPP / HDZ delegation in the European Parliament Dubravka Šuica voted at a polling station in Marin Getaldić primary school in Dubrovnik.
